first snow!

We woke up to the children shouting about snow....
"You're dreaming!" we said.
"No, we wished for snow and here it is!" they shouted, pulling on wellies, hats, gloves and coats.

Jago worried his tractor would be cold and wanted to bring it in by the fire. We convinced him that tractors are big and brave and don't mind the cold....

The snow has gone, may be it was just a dream after all.....

    1. I'm amazed - we live in the South West, it hardly ever snows here... well up until a few years ago it didn't.... I'd like some more though ;) Shhh don;t tell the grown ups...

  3. Lovely! We are expecting our first flakes on Thursday. It has been cold here in the Mid-Atlantic (USA) which is odd for this time of year. Hurricanes and snowstorms-something is just not right.

    1. It doesn't seem right does it? Normally the UK has the Gulf stream to make us warmer than we should be in the North but the past few winters have been very cold for sure. Stay warm!
